At Jake’s House® we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship (UPS Ground) for a flat fee of $8.95 per order. Faster shipping options are available and can be quoted once your order is placed.

Orders typically ship the following business day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will ship by 5 pm the following Monday. Any order placed on a Holiday will ship the following scheduled business day based on the UPS pickup schedule.

Jake's House will only process returns with items purchased and shipped from Jake's House®, a Life is good® Genuine Neighborhood Shoppe. All items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in order to receive a refund or exchange. Discounted and sale merchandise are final sale items and will not be refunded or exchanged. Customer is responsible for shipping costs back to the store for returns and exchanges. In the event of an exchange, Jake's House® will pay to ship the merchandise back to the customer. Jake's House carefully inspects each order before shipping. However, return shipping costs may be refunded by Jake's House in the limited instance of merchandise defect or shipping error.
