Return Policy

Jake’s House will gladly refund or exchange current season Life is good® merchandise purchased at any Jake’s House® location without an original or gift receipt. Refunds without an original or gift receipt will be given in the form of a Store Credit or can be exchanged towards merchandise in the store. In either instance, only the current selling value of the merchandise will be credited. Returned merchandise must be in sellable condition.

Holiday Return Policy

For our Holiday Shoppers, an extension will be given to our usual 30 day refund period for returns with an original receipt. Any purchases made between October 1 and December 24 of the current year, will have until January 31 in the New Year to process a refund.
