Gift Services
How do I buy a gift card?
Share a Smile by giving a Jake's House® gift certificate to someone you care about. Order Gift Cards by calling 1-770-736-9393 or emailing Webbgin@jakeshouse.net.
Can I send a gift card to someone outside of the United States?
Not at this time. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship products outside of the USA.
How long are the gift cards redeemable?
The gift cards will stay active for 12 months. After that time, if it is not used, we will try and reimburse the recipient for the card amount. If he or she cannot be located, we will credit back the original purchaser.
Can I purchase other items at the same time as gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase merchandise and a gift card at the same time. Please keep in mind that we can only ship one order to one location at this time.
Can I use a gift box for multiple items within my order?
Unfortunately at this time we cannot individually box items within an order. We can only put the entire order into a gift box.
Can I include a gift message with my order?
We would be happy to include a gift message along with your order at no extra charge. During the check out process, there will be an area for you to type your gift message. We will take it from there!
Can I send a gift receipt with my order?
All orders ship without cost information on the enclosed receipt. You will get an email confirmation outlining the entire order, complete with cost breakdowns, but this is only sent electronically to the buyer.

How can I unsubscribe from receiving JakesHouse.net emails?
All emails will have an “opt out” option at the bottom of the email. Opt out at any time.
Will my email address be sold or shared with any other company?
Jake’s House®, a Life is good® Genuine Neighborhood Shoppe, does not sell or share its customer information in any way including your email address. We value our relationship with our customers and respect our customer’s privacy.
Does Jake’s House® store my credit card information?
JakesHouse.net does not store any credit card information. Upon completion of the transaction, the information is no longer on the JakesHouse.net database.
We do store your first and last name, your email address and phone number along with your billing and shipping address.
We do not share any of your personal information with any outside third party affiliates or vendors.

Payment Processing and Options
Jake’s House®, a Life is good® Genuine Neighborhood Shoppe, accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We cannot accept cash, checks or COD’s.
Ordering and Shipping Confirmations
Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order, as well as a copy of your receipt and the successful credit card transaction via email.

Where can I find sizing information?
Sizing information will be on the product pages and is also available in the customer service section of our website.
How accurate are the colors shown online?
The colors depicted on JakesHouse.net are a close depiction of our colors but may not be an exact rendition. Each individual’s color monitor may interpret the colors differently. We use industry “best practice” methods to try and ensure that the colors display well across many monitors.
How do I use my gift card?
Tell the sales representative that you have a gift card before check out. If your order is less than your gift card, the balance will remain against that gift code for future use. If the order value exceeds the gift card balance, you will be asked for your credit card information to complete the transaction.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Jake’s House® accepts returns on unused items that were purchased through our system. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay freight to and from Jake’s House®. All returns must include sales receipt.

How to I make a return or an exchange?
All merchandise must be received by JakesHouse.net prior to receiving a credit.
For damaged or defective merchandise, the total dollar amount of the order will be credited if a credit is desired. For exchanges or credits on merchandise that is not defective or damaged, we do not credit the original freight charges.
Please note, items returned for credit after 90 days will be issued a Jake's House® gift card.
Exchanges
All merchandise must be received by Jake’s House® prior to a replacement item being sent back out. The new outbound freight charges will be waived on the exchange. In the event that the exchange is needed prior to our receipt of the original item, a new order will be placed and billed in full. Upon receipt of the exchange, we will credit the returned merchandise.

How do I return something that was not purchased at JakesHouse.net?
If the items were purchased through another retailer, you would need to call Life is Good® customer service at 888-339-2987. Customer service will issue an RMA # so the goods can be sent into Lifeisgood.com. Packages will NOT be accepted without an RMA number. Life is Good® has the option of replacing the item, if it is available, or replacing the item with a Lifeisgood.com gift card for the equal value. It will be the customer’s responsibility to pay freight to and from Life is good®.
